Sloppy Joes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 hamburger buns
Preparation
    Cook meat and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until meat is browned and onion is tender; drain.
    Return beef mixture to skillet.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except hamburger buns.
    Cook until thoroughly heated.
    Spoon mixture evenly over bun halves.
    This makes 2 servings, but may be enlarged.
