Blackberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel or lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    5 c. fresh blackberries
    1 Tbsp. butter
    pastry for 2 (9-inch) crusts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, lemon peel, nutmeg and salt. Add berries and toss well.
    Place in pie crusts, dot with butter and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
