Meat Loaf Supreme (Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
    1 small onion, diced
    2 to 4 large Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 egg whites or Egg Beaters to equal 1 egg
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. Heinz fat free barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well and pack lightly in a meat loaf pan.
    Coat top of meat loaf with barbecue sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
    Check after 1/2 hour.
