Cheese And Beef Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
5 oz. dried beef, finely chopped
Preparation

Blend softened cream cheese with mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce.
Add parsley, onion and 4 ounces of beef.
Place on platter or in small dish; sprinkle remaining beef on top.
Serve with rye bread.
Serves 10 to 16.
