Fluffy Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 large or 3 small bananas, mashed
1/4 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Grease and flour two 9-inch or one 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
