Hawaiian Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
3 pkg. (3.4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. heavy cream, whipped and sweetened
2 c. flaked coconut, toasted
Preparation

Mix cake according to directions.
Make two 9 x 13-inch cakes. Cool.
Mix pudding, cream cheese, milk and extract.
Beat well. Stir in pineapple.
Spread on cooled cakes.
Top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle with coconut.
You can use Cool Whip instead of whipping cream.
May be frozen up to 1 month.
