    1 lb. beef stew meat
    potatoes
    carrots
    celery
    onions
    1 can V-8 tomato juice
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Layer in pan in given order; cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
