Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, cooked
1 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed into fine crumbs
1 stick margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Bone chicken; place in baking dish. Mix sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle cracker crumbs, mixed with poppy seed, over mixture. Pour melted margarine over crumbs. Bake until bubbly at 450\u00b0, about 30 minutes.
