Marinade For Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Stir together oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, lemon peel and garlic.
    Pour over fish.
    Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove fish from marinade and cook over medium-hot charcoal or under a preheated broiler.
