Banana Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    10 to 20 unripe bananas, peeled and sliced
    1/3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar and salt together in a bowl.
    In another bowl, add 3 tablespoons sugar and salt mixture to every 3 cups of sliced bananas.
    Mix well and deep fry, a few at a time, until golden. Remove, separate sticking pieces and cool.
