Filet Of Sole With Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. filet of sole
    1 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of white pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Thaw lobster tails by separating them and setting out (room temperature) for approximately 4 hours.
