Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. chopped ripe tomatoes
    3 large onions, coarsely chopped
    2 to 4 finely chopped jalapeno peppers
    2 to 4 cayenne peppers, finely chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 to 3 dashes paprika
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Put whole tomatoes in pot of boiling water for about 2 minutes, then put into cool water.
    This makes it easy to remove skins.
    In a large pot, bring all ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 3 hours or until desired thickness, stirring often.
    Pour into pint jars, then process in water bath for about 4 to 5 hours.
    Makes 6 to 8 pints.
