Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    3 to 4 onions, chopped
    margarine
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    2 to 3 qt. tomatoes, cut up
    14 oz. bottle ketchup
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Saute onions in margarine.
    Boil celery in water.
    Combine all ingredients (except the kidney beans).
    Simmer 2 hours.
    Add beans and simmer another 1/2 hour.
