Crusty Beef, Cheese And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
    1 onion, chopped
    2 lb. ground beef
    4 cans (10 1/4 oz.) meatless mushroom spaghetti sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. fine noodles, cooked and drained
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Add onion and cook until soft.
    Add meat and cook until meat loses red color.
    Add sauce and salt.
    Arrange in casserole half of noodles, half of sauce and half of cheese.
    Make another layer of each topping with cheese.\tBake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top should be brown.
    Makes 8 to 10 big servings.
