Best Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
3 eggs
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. white sugar
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Beat all ingredients together. Bake until a knife inserted 1 inch from side comes out clean. The center may still look soft but will set later. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes in a 9 inch pie shell.
