Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. water
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
pecans
Preparation

Beat sugar, eggs and oil.
Add pumpkin.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Add alternately with water to pumpkin mixture; mix well.
Add nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
