Frog Legs With Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frog legs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. slivered almonds
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. snipped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Dip frog legs in milk, then dip in flour.
Brown frog legs in skillet in butter (melted), for 10 to 15 minutes.
If legs are large, cook covered 15 minutes longer.
Remove to warm platter. Season with salt and pepper.
Add 1/4 cup each butter and almonds to skillet.
Brown lightly.
Add lemon juice.
Pour over legs, top with snipped parsley.
Serves 6.
