Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 family size Cool Whip
    1 large pkg. chopped pecans
    1 large and 1 small vanilla pudding
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 large pkg. coconut
Preparation
    Bake cake as directed on box and mix pudding mix as directed. Crumble one half cake in punch bowl.
    Layer pudding mix, drained pineapple, cherry pie filling, Cool Whip, coconut and pecans. Start over, layering again.
    Cover and refrigerate.
