Grilled Oriental Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinned chicken breasts
    1/2 Tbsp. black peppercorns
    4 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 1/2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    4 garlic cloves
Preparation
    Wash chicken; set aside.
    Place peppercorns in a blender and process for several seconds.
    Add soy sauce, sherry and garlic. Pour marinade over chicken and let stand refrigerated for several hours, turning occasionally.
    Cook chicken pieces over hot coals on a grill or smoker (12 to 15 minutes on a grill or 30 to 40 minutes in a smoker).
    Turn pieces several times while cooking.
