Chicken With Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 lb. chicken cutlets, cut into strips
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. butter
    juice of 1 lemon
    sprinkle of parsley, pepper and oregano
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. pasta, cooked according to pkg. instructions
Preparation
    Heat oil and saute garlic until light brown. Add chicken strips and saute about 5 minutes. Remove chicken and most of the oil.
    Add mushrooms and butter. Saute until mushrooms are a little brown. Return chicken to pan along with lemon juice, parsley, pepper, oregano and broth.
    Simmer until hot and serve over pasta. Makes 4 servings.
