Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter
    1/2 pt. sour cream (8 oz.)
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. cake flour, sifted
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; mix in sour cream.
    Beat real well. Add eggs, one at a time, then add flour.
    Mix and beat well.
    Put in a floured and greased tube pan.
    Start in a cold oven; bake in a 275\u00b0 or 300\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
