Blueberry Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Shortening
    1/2 c. Sugar
    1 Egg
    1 c. Flour
    2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1/2 c. Milk
    Salt
    Vanilla
    Blueberries (if using frozen blueberries, thaw out and use liquid as part of milk to equal 1/2 cup)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in order listed; folding in berries gently. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
