Fried Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 tall can milk
Preparation
    Mix and roll out. Fill with fruit. Fold and fry in deep fat at 375\u00b0. Needs no flour for rolling. Fruit should be cold.
