Cream Soup Substitute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. instant nonfat milk crystals
    3/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 c. chicken bouillon granules
    2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well and store in airtight container.
    To make soup, combine 1/3 cup dry mix with 1 1/4 cups cold water in a saucepan.
    Stir over low heat until warm.
    Your favorite ingredient can be added, such as cheese, mushrooms or cooked celery.
    Yield: 2 cups.
