Whipping Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
3 c. flour, sifted
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Let butter come to room temperature in large mixing bowl.
Add sugar and cream well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir cream of tartar into flour.
Alternate adding flour and cream, beating well.
Add vanilla.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325\u00b0 in a greased and floured tube pan.
