Saute Mix Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, cut
    2 lb. celery, cut
    2 lb. squash, cut
    2 lb. zucchini, cut
    4 medium onions
    1 lb. green bell pepper, sliced
    1 lb. red bell pepper, sliced
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 stick butter
    parsley
    sweet basil
    fresh garlic, chopped
    all-seasoning
    almonds (optional)
Preparation
    In a large skillet, bring to boil vegetable oil and butter. Add garlic; stir.
    Add carrots, celery, squash, zucchini and green and red bell peppers.
    Let cook for 10 minutes, stirring continuously.
    Add onions.
    Add seasoning to taste.
    Let simmer until tender.
