New Potato Skin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 small new potatoes
salt to taste
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 oz. bacon bits
1 c. sour cream with chives
Preparation

Boil potatoes in jackets until done.
Drain, cool and halve potatoes.
Scoop centers from potatoes, reserving pulp for another use.
Salt shells.
Stuff with cheese and top with bacon bits. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
Serve with sour cream.
May be prepared ahead.
May be frozen.
Serves 10.
