Chow - Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. chopped cabbage
    3 c. chopped cauliflower
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. chopped green tomatoes
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 c. chopped peppers (red and green mixed)
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. turmeric
    2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine chopped veggies.
    Sprinkle on salt and let stand for 4 to 6 hours in cool place.
    Drain well.
