Creamy Chicken Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
4 c. cubed potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. oil
1 (12 oz.) can Pet milk
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
salt to taste
Preparation

Boil and debone chicken.
Save broth.
Put oil in large pot and heat.
Add potatoes and onions.
Cook until onions are half clear (not quite tender).
Add chicken, broth and parsley.
Salt to taste.
Bring to boil.
Lower heat.
Cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until potatoes are done.
Remove from heat.
Add Pet milk until steam.
Do not boil!!!
Serve with French bread and salad.
Makes about 6 servings.
