Cajun Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (1 lb. 4 oz.)
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients together into large bowl.
Add eggs and pineapple and juice.
Mix on low speed until blended.
Pour into large, shallow (13 x 9 x 2-inch), greased and floured pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Put icing on top of cake while still hot.
