Easy Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. cold water
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix boiling water, sugar and shortening; let cool.
    Add cold water.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water; add beaten eggs, salt and yeast.
    Gradually add 7 cups flour.
    Place in greased bowl; cover.
    Refrigerate a week.
    When ready to use, place dough in greased pan.
    Bake in moderate oven.
    Dough does not require time to rise but it helps if it sets a while.
