Pineapple Sour Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 5/8 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. sour cream
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Combine pudding mix, pineapple with juice, sugar and sour cream.
    A mixer, blender or food processor may be used to mix for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
    Pour into pie shell and chill.
    Garnish with whipped topping, additional pineapple or maraschino cherries, if desired.
