Sausage Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork sausage meat, crumbled
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. cooked rice (yield from 1 c. raw)
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    In large skillet saute sausage, green onions and garlic in oil until sausage is browned.
    Stir in rice and soy sauce.
    Cook and stir 3 minutes.
    Push rice mixture to sides of skillet; pour eggs in center.
    When eggs begin to set, break up with fork and stir into rice mixture.
    Sprinkle with parsley; serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
