Easy Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
12 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
2 eggs, room temperature
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream, for topping

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon together until well blended.
Press all except 3 tablespoons of this into a 9-inch round or square pan.
