Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese
    1 large and 1 small can Ortega green chile pepper
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Line casserole with layer of chile peppers.
    Cover with cheese and top with another layer of peppers.
    Beat eggs, salt and milk. Pour over cheese and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 until custard sets.
