Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. rolled oats
    2 c. raw sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. wheat germ or bran
    1/2 c. sesame seed (optional)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. coconut
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. honey
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix oats, sunflower seeds, wheat germ and sesame seed in a large roasting pan.
    Add cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.
    Mix.
    Heat oil, honey and water together until combined and add to other mixture.
    Add coconut and mix.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours or more, stirring every 30 minutes.
    Allow to cool in the oven.
