Scandinavian Peach Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9 oz.) peaches (in lite syrup)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cardamon
    3/4 c. walnut pieces
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    3/4 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. butter
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Drain and chop peaches.
    In saucepan combine peaches, sugar and cardamon; bring to a boil and reduce to thick.
    Add nuts after this is achieved.
