Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. maple syrup
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. grapes, halved
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Beat cream cheese, syrup and lemon juice until creamy.
Fold in fruit, marshmallows and whipping cream.
Pour into 6 cup ring mold.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Freeze until firm.
Garnish with assorted fruit and serve with cinnamon stick.
