Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18.25 oz.) light yellow cake mix (94% fat free)
    1 egg white
    6 Tbsp. light margarine, melted
    1 c. oatmeal
    8 oz. yogurt cheese
    1/2 c. light Cool Whip
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. each peaches, pineapple, chunks, strawberries
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and stir well.
    Put in pizza pan. Bake 12 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven, remove and cool.
    Also, can use a 9 x 15-inch cookie pan.
    Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar. Spread over baked crust.
    Put fresh fruit on top of cream cheese. Glaze with cornstarch and lemon juice.
    Makes 24 slices.
