Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts
2 1/2 Tbsp. dry sherry
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 tsp. cornstarch
2 medium onions
1 red or green pepper
2 stalks celery
8 green onions
4 oz. cabbage (1/4 small head)
1 piece fresh ginger root, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
Preparation

Prepare fried noodles.
Remove skin and bones from chicken and discard.
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
Blend 1/2 tablespoon each of the sherry and soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of the cornstarch in large bowl. Mix in chicken.
Cover and let stand 1 hour.
