Creamy Fruit And Cake Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Entenmann's golden loaf cake cubes
    1/2 c. diced banana
    1/2 c. sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen, unsweetened)
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. Jell-O sugar-free gelatin (any red flavor)
    1/2 c. cold water
    ice cubes
    1 c. thawed Cool Whip topping
Preparation
    Divide cake cubes and fruit evenly among 6 dessert glasses, reserving several strawberry slices for garnish, if desired.
    Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
    Mix cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
    Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
    Remove any remaining ice.
    Stir whipped topping into gelatin with wire whisk until well blended.
    Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened. Spoon into dessert glasses.
    Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Garnish with reserved strawberry slices.
