Fool-Proof Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and sugar.
Cut in shortening.
Mix egg, water and vinegar.
Stir liquid into dry ingredients and mix well. Pat into 5 rounds and flatten slightly.
Chill between sheets of plastic at least 20 minutes.
