Broccoli Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli

Preparation

Mix ingredients well and let stand 3 to 4 minutes before pouring in pan.
Cook at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
