Feather Lite Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. milk, scalded and cooled
    5 c. sifted flour (plain)
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add shortening to milk while milk is still warm.
    When milk has cooled, dissolve yeast in water and add to milk.
    Add sugar and salt, eggs and flour, beat well.
    Let rise in bowl for 20 minutes. Knead dough for 2 minutes.
