Corn Patch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small green pepper
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 c. tomatoes
    1 c. whole grain corn
    1 c. grated cheese (Old English or American)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
Preparation
    Saute green pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons fat.
    Combine tomatoes and corn.
    Thicken with 2 tablespoons cornstarch and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and a little pepper.
    Put in casserole and cover with 1 cup grated cheese.
    Cook in slow oven at 350\u00b0 at 30 minutes.
