Jalapeno Corn Bread(Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. water
2/3 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
Seeded, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. Jalapeno chili pepper
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1/3 cup corn meal
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast

Preparation

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in order given.
Select Basic/White cycle.
Use medium or light crust color.
Do Not use Delayed Cycle.
Remove baked bread from pan.
Cool on wire rack.
Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf.
