Egg Casserole For Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. eggs
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    3 small cans mushroom pieces, drained
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. sherry
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Scramble eggs dry.
    Melt together soup, sherry, mushrooms, green pepper, margarine and milk.
