Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine eggs, oil, sugar and zucchini. Sift together flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder.
    Make a well in the center; add zucchini mixture and blend until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured pans.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Bake 40 minutes.
    Test for doneness with toothpick.
