Ingredients

1 c. butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar until thick; add butter and mix well.
Add flour, salt, baking powder, vanilla and almond extract.
Chill overnight.
Dough must be ice cold to roll.
Roll thin and cut into desired shapes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Let cool, then frost, if desired.
Makes 8 to 12 dozen.
