Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (I use 1 bunch fresh broccoli)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    crushed cheese crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Combine all ingredients except crackers.
    Put in a greased baking dish.
    Put crackers on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until bubbly and light brown. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
